Very Rev. James 'Bo' Roberts

The Very Rev. James ‘Bo’ Roberts was inducted into the Biloxi Lions Hall of Fame on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 at the Maritime and Seafood Industry Museum in Biloxi.

Father Bo served as rector of St. Mark's for 44 years, from 1969 until his retirement in 2013. He was named Rector Emeritus in 2018 in honor of his continued service. He assists clergy at St. Mark

Mr. Arthur 'Larry' Sturgis

Larry rejoined the Biloxi Lions in May, 1982.  Serving on numerous committees, his favorite passion was always the Camelia Queen pageant we he served multiple positions, but most notably as the Judges liaison.

Lt. Col. Dick E. Wilson

Was born June 5, 1930, son of Charles and Geraldine Wilson, in Wabash, Indiana.  Dick graduated from Indiana University as an honor student and was commissioned a 2nd lieutenant on June 12, 1953 through the AFROTC program.  Upon graduation, dick married the former Jacqueline L. Mrs. Clare Beatrice Sekul 

(1921-2017) was born at Biloxi, Mississippi on August 16, 1921. She was the daughter of Steve M. Sekul (1880-1966) who married Elena Trebotich (1884-1970) in Harrison County, Mississippi in 1907. They were both Croatian immigrant from Bobovisce on the island of Brac in the Aegean Sea off the Dalmatian Coast.
